We’re proudly based in China with an office in Canada, with the majority of our customers in the U.S. All prices on our site are shown in USD for your convenience.

Not yet! ALLARA is currently an online-only boutique so we can focus on bringing you fresh styles, faster, straight to your door.

Products & Sizing

Check our Size Chart (linked on every product page) for measurements and fit notes. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Most of our pieces run true to size, but fit can vary by style. We include detailed sizing notes in each product description to help you choose the perfect fit. If you're looking at an item and cannot determine your size, please email us at: info@shopallara.com and we will get back to you with a size suggestion.

Some best-sellers are restocked — sign up for restock alerts on the product page to be notified first. Limited edition items may not return once sold out.

Orders & Payments

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

We start processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping and turn around times, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. Contact us within 2 hours of ordering, and we’ll do our best to help. If a cancellation is approved, there will be a 5% credit card fee applied.

Shipping

Yes! We ship worldwide and use premium logistics partners like UPS, DHL, Fedex or a carrier that delivers to your specific country and city.

We offer free Global shipping on orders over $150 USD. For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days if the item is in our warehouse. As we use third party companies for logistics services, there can be delays, but typically your order will arrive in 2-3 weeks maximum.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of cross-border global shipping, ALLARA does not accept returns. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email at info@shopallara.com within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
