We ship worldwide and offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders over $150 USD!

As a general store policy, our working times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT+4. If you have placed an order on over the weekend or holiday, they will be processed the following business day.

Our logistics parters are 17Track, UPS, Fedex & DHL. All orders will roughly take 5-7 business days to ship, with some International orders taking up to 10 business days. Please note that ALLARA is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped, as ship times do vary depending on your destination and peak shopping holidays such as Christmas.

Additional customs fees may apply for your order. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. ALLARA does not enforce these fees, so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. If you fail to pay the custom fees, it will result in the parcel being sent back to us (a forced return) and additional shipping and handling fees will be inquired, which are non-refundable.
