We ship worldwide and offer FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING on all orders over $150 USD! 

As a general store policy, our working times are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm GMT+4.  If you have placed an order on over the weekend or holiday, they will be processed the following business day.

Our logistics parters are 17Track, UPS, Fedex & DHL.  All orders will roughly take 5-7 business days to ship, with some International orders taking up to 10 business days.  Please note that ALLARA is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped, as ship times do vary depending on your destination and peak shopping holidays such as Christmas.

Additional customs fees may apply for your order. For more information on those fees please contact your postal office or local government. ALLARA does not enforce these fees, so we are not able to waive the fee upon delivery. If you fail to pay the custom fees, it will result in the parcel being sent back to us (a forced return) and additional shipping and handling fees will be inquired, which are non-refundable.

Most styles fit true to size unless otherwise noted. Knit fabrics naturally have stretch, offering a bit more flexibility, while tweed fabrics have minimal give. Slim-fit and bodycon designs are tailored for a close, figure-hugging look — size up if you prefer a more relaxed fit.

If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort. Many of our clients find that a slightly looser fit drapes beautifully and still looks tailored.

Most styles are true to size unless otherwise noted in the description. Knit fabrics offer natural stretch, while tweed fabrics have minimal elasticity. Slim-fit or bodycon styles are designed for a closer, figure-hugging silhouette, so if you prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.

We select premium-quality fabrics such as tweed, soft and highly elastic knits, and faux leather that deliver a high-end feel without the luxury price tag. Exact materials are listed in the product description.

For lasting wear, always refer to the care label on each item. Many pieces, crafted from premium fabrics, are best maintained through dry cleaning. Proper care ensures your Allara piece stays as luxurious as the day it arrived.
